Color difference
Color differences happen more or less in all items unavoidably.
Due to different light effects and screens or different batches/lots the item you receive may not look exactly the same as you see it on your screen or the item you received last time from previous batches.
If you are zero tolerant about color difference, we suggest you buy fabrics in local stores/markets.
By placing order in SiLiHeCo, the customers agree and acknowledge that there are color differences in all fabrics.
We ship it from China, the shipping agent we use does not have package return to China service.
Return shipping label is not available, so all sales are final.

Pre-Purchase Reminder for Natural Fiber Fabrics and Dead stock/Surplus stock Fabrics
Most fabrics in this shop are natural fiber or blended fabrics, mainly deadstock & surplus stock, the rest being regular stock. All are brand new, unused and in original condition.
Due to material properties and production, fabrics are not 100% perfect. Natural fibers have inherent minor appearance imperfections that do not affect use—these are normal material characteristics, not quality flaws, common to deadstock and regular stock.
Minor marks from production, storage or transport (loose threads, soft creases, tiny dust specks, press marks, yarn joins, selvage imperfections, minor reverse snags or blemishes) are normal and will not affect the appearance, usability or quality of your finished project.
The marked width is the usable width.
Important Fabric Notes & Imperfections
All fabrics are hand-cut, so slight cutting or measurement variations may occur.
Our fabrics are made of natural and blended materials; texture, color, knots, slubs, and small spots are natural features, not flaws.
As deadstock and surplus fabrics, they may have minor processing marks or batch variations that do not affect quality or function.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for natural characteristics, raw edge notches/nicks, normal batch differences, slight cutting errors or minor imperfections that do not impact use.
Please order only if you accept these minor natural variations or general imperfections.
By placing your order, you confirm you have read and agree to the above terms.
Insufficient/Incorrect address
We ship it from China. If the package fail to deliver due to address insufficient, the package will be destroyed it won't be returned to sender. Customer held full responsibility for delivery attempt unsuccessful due to the insufficient/incorrect address given by the buyer. Please make sure to confirm your shipping address is correct when place order.

For India Customers
According to the customs regulationsof India , recipient must provide KYC documents (KYC = know your customer, i.e. government approved identity certificate, address certificate, etc.) when receiving. If the recipient cannot provide this document, the goods will not be delivered.
If the recipient is a company, at least 2 documents are required - including identity certificate and address certificate;
If the recipient is an individual, if one document includes identity certificate and address certificate, only 1 is required; otherwise, at least 2 documents are required - including identity certificate and address certificate).
